Shipping


Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. We try our best to keep the costs as low as possible whilst still trying to maintain beautiful packaging. 

Note: We do not ship to Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, South Korea, or Syria.

Customs

We're not responsible for duty, import taxes, or customs charges as they are beyond our control.

If you're unsure about fees or taxes, check with your local customs office. Sometimes, your package might get stuck in customs, causing delays.

Handling
Processing takes 3-4 business days, with delivery in 7-14 business days Globally.
Our warehouse team rests on weekends and holidays, so orders placed then are processed the next business day. If you're ordering a pre-order item, it may take longer to arrive. Check the product page for delivery timelines.

If you have a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship the rest of your order once the pre-order item is ready.
